As of 2016, the Kentucky Landlord/Tenant Act only applies in: Pulaski County, Oldham County, Jefferson County, Fayette County, Barbourville, Bellevue, Bromley, Covington, Dayton, Florence, Georgetown, Ludlow, Melbourne, Newport, Silver Grove, Southgate, Shelbyville, Taylor Mill, and Woodlawn.
